At WKL Collective, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, our returns and exchange process is designed to be simple, clear, and fair.
Return Window
Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging should be included.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Apply for a Return / Exchange
Partial Refunds
A partial refund or alternative resolution may apply when:
- The item has been used, damaged, or returned without original parts for reasons not caused by WKL Collective.
- The item is returned after the 14-day window.
Return Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your return or refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed through online banking. Our customer support team will provide the necessary details and instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not arrived:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank regarding processing times.
- If you still have not received it, contact WKL Collective at mwakeelqureshi@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by WKL Collective.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you will need to ship it to the return address provided by our support team via email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
We recommend using a reliable tracked courier service and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been confirmed by WKL Collective. We cannot guarantee responsibility for returns that are lost during transit.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, delivery time for the replacement may vary depending on your location and courier service.
