Delivery & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or failure to cooperate with the courier, the parcel may be returned to WKL Collective.

Any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other charges incurred may be deducted from the refundable order amount where applicable.

Delivered But Not Received

If courier tracking shows that your package has been successfully delivered, WKL Collective cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for an item reported as missing afterward.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery address where someone can receive your package safely.

If you believe your package was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in contacting the courier.
