WKL COLLECTIVE WARRANTY & PROTECTION

WKL Collective provides a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date your order is delivered. A lifetime color and plating warranty applies exclusively to our stainless steel jewelry. Materials such as brass, 925 silver, and other non-stainless-steel materials are not covered under the lifetime plating warranty.

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing and plating defects, but does not cover issues caused by normal or excessive wear, improper care, accidental damage, dropping, impact, misuse, or improper storage.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, WKL Collective may provide an appropriate resolution, which can include repair, replacement with an equivalent item, or a refund where applicable.

The defective item may need to be returned before a replacement or refund can be processed.

Your jewelry is made for everyday wear, but proper care helps preserve its finish and appearance.

Avoid prolonged exposure to:

• Harsh chemicals
• Perfumes and fragrances
• Chlorine and swimming pools
• Hot tubs and spas
• Salt water
• Excessive heat or moisture

We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, bathing, exercising, or using products containing harsh chemicals. After exposure to moisture, gently dry your piece with a soft cloth.
